The staff members are very kind and courteous, which I truly appreciate. However, I was surprised to encounter employees today (8/5/25) who did not appear to speak or understand English. Since this is Florida, where English is the primary language for communication, it can be challenging for customers when there is a language barrier. I believe ensuring that all team members have a basic understanding of English would greatly improve the customer experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Not the best for an expensive basic wash $10, such as the vacuum suction is like something stuck inside all of them and I tried 4 different ones. The rags smell like mildew and provided spray bottles seems heavily watered down almost no fragrance. Better off at El Car wash where you can use pressurized air to get all the crumbs and they have a mat washing machine.

Whistle car wash is hands down the best Car Wash in all of West Palm Beach. The service and the staff are exceptional and out of this world. Jesus, Lety, Quinton Robinson some of the rockstars that run this ship. This demonstrates a outstanding reflection on upper management and ownership. I am grateful to have found this car wash.
