El car wash loc in Royal Palm Beach is the Best. The gentlemen named Chris who helped me today at the car wash was very well-spoken and detailed. he explained everything clearly and was very informative. thank def recommend this location.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ozzy and Zandre, and the car experience they provided was outstanding from start to finish. Both were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer all my questions, were patient with every detail, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable before driving off. Their customer service was top-tier — friendly, honest, and genuinely focused on helping. I highly recommend Ozzy and Zandre if you’re looking for excellent service and a great car experience.

I have been coming here to wash the two cars for about 10 months now. never had any issue, the staff is always very pleasant. Taking care of the station extremely well., they were never short of cleaning rugs, sprays, or any other needed materials, there’s always someone next to the entrance station, even though it is automatic (it’s recognizing your license plate), Jonathan is one of the managers that I met there. He has always been very respectful, AND helpful even when it’s not his job, he always makes you feel very welcome, I also met the other two managers a few months back and they were also very nice, however, as a business owner myself,, I must say Jonathan is a little bit different, because if you did not know that he is the manager, you would think that he is the owner, he cares as if it is his. Well done, EL Car Wash owners, very good choice.

All of the staff members are courteous and helpful however there's a young man Jonathan that stands out above the rest not certain if he's the manager or not but he needs to be. Jonathan goes out of his way to assist me today with my license plate and making sure everything just flowed seamlessly. Plus at this location everything works I use the one down the street because I was coming from a different direction and the part where it drives your car it didn't do it so of course I have all these water spots everywhere.. But not here not at this location like I said Jonathan is always there out in the sun with a smile on his face showing great customer service! I'm not certain who this young man is that was walking past I'm trying not to be discreet taking their pictures so they don't think I'm some type of people.. this guy is very helpful as well like I said for the most part the entire staff!
