El Car Wash - Haverhill Road (Johnny Clean)

I must say I had an outstanding experience coming to El car wash. What made the experience so great was the fact that the employees were super attentive and helpful along with making sure all the accessories such as microfiber cloths Etc were stocked up and full. Out of everyone 1 gentleman by the name of Justin shined Above the Rest with his positive energy and amazing work ethic. Definitely deserves a raise!!! Thank you Jonathan for everything the car looks fresh!! we'll be hopefully seeing you again soon

First time at this car wash was an amazing experience. I was greeted with a smile, great pricing, and excellent customer service. Anthony and his team did a terrific job beginning to end. My car is looking fresh and ready for the weekend. I have already had people ask me where I got it detailed. I look forward to going back!

I stopped by to vacuum my car and was approached by an employee who asked if I had purchased a wash. I said no I didn’t realize the vacuums were only for paying customers. Instead of politely explaining the policy, he told me to stop vacuuming and was quite rude about it. If the vacuums aren’t free to use, there should be clear signs stating that. I wasn’t trying to take advantage just unaware. Better communication and friendlier staff would go a long way here.

I had an awesome experience at Johnny Clean! The whole process was smooth and the facility is super clean and well-organized. I want to give a huge shout‑out to Justin—he went above and beyond helping me get set up with my membership. He was friendly, patient, and made everything really easy to understand. Thanks to Justin and the team at Johnny Clean, I’m looking forward to using my membership and keeping my car looking great! Highly recommend!
