El Car Wash - West Palm Beach

Great costumer service. I got a membership and I couldn't be any happier. Costumer service is great and helpful. Reinaldo is a great man and a great employee. Always helpful and optimistic. Can't believe there's people giving less than 5 stars to this place. Proof that one can never please everyone no matter how hard you try.

Came in for a quick wash on the way to meet a client. Kenzie got me in and out. Made sure I had towels and told what everything was at my disposal. Great service and professionalism by kenzie. Darlene was very helpful as well. Will return.

El Car Wash is pretty good but particularly this location in military isn't that great. They seem to always close early, raining or not. I was left at the gate for a while a couple of times now. Half of the self vacuuming station always seem to be closed and their car wash tunnel also seems to break frequently. I would say go to any other location but this one. The employees also look a miserable, no one smiles or waves. 👎

El Car Wash is opening up all over Florida, from West Palm Beach to Florida City. I have seen many more locations on their website. I have one complaint: they aren't open 24 hours. I have been to a few locations, and they are really convenient if you are in the car all day. I don't like cleaning my car, but I enjoy it more than I thought I would because of them. This location has a red light at the end, and I really like it. I believe there are a few differences between locations. Eduardo was extremely helpful when I had trouble with the mats in my car. I really enjoyed the car wash drive-through. They have bathrooms, a mat cleaning machine, and a sink to wash anything you may need. There is open space as well. Don't leave things behind, as the staff throws them away—though not at this location. Maybe someone can find out more about this.

I’ve been coming to the El Carwash on Military (between Forest Hill and Summit) for a while now, and it’s honestly the best car wash around. The staff is always friendly, the line moves quickly, and my car comes out looking spotless every single time. I love how easy it is to just pull in, and the vacuums are strong and convenient to use. It really feels like they take pride in keeping the place clean and running smoothly. Highly recommend if you want your car shining without any hassle!
