El Car Wash - Bird Road

This is the best El Car Wash location! There are always towels fully stocked to clean my car. All staff is friendly, always willing to help when I need it. Danny, the lot attendant goes out of his way to help, and he has a good attitude! he’s a really good hard worker. Dianelis, the assistant manager is a wonderful person with a positive attitude as well!

El Car Wash has the worst billing practices I have ever experienced. We had three memberships for our vehicles, two of which were barely used. My husband went to their office and cancelled them in person, yet they continued billing us anyway. I called last week and was assured this would not happen again, but guess what? They still charged us. This is unacceptable and appears to be a deliberate practice of overbilling customers. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be reporting it to the authorities. Customers deserve transparency and honesty, not endless charges after cancellation. UPDATE!!!! I just found out that El Car Wash allowed someone we do not know to use our credit card without ever confirming their identity. A stranger's vehicle was associated with our account. This is not only irresponsible, it is fraudulent. If a business cannot protect customers' financial information or verify the person presenting a card, they should not be trusted. We are pursuing this matter with the authorities.

GREAT car wash! It's nice to have clean towels provided to do the finishing touches. The vacuums are powerful. Mat cleaning is available. You can be in and out with a sparkling clean car in minutes.

I never thought I'd say this but becoming a member of El car wash has changed my life for the better! Being able to wash my car as easily and conveniently (and quickly) has made driving a better experience. And I especially love that you can use these car washes in different towns so you can always have a clean car! Love it.
