El Car Wash - Doral

I have been a member for 2 years at El car wash and I love the Doral location! It gets crowded so I am happy about the second location opening up down the road. Diana was kind and friendly and gave me some xtra air fresheners to keep my car smelling amazing!

The location is excellent. The car wash line moves quickly although it is long and there are always people. The car wash is very good, better than most car washes in Miami. The vacuuming area works well although it is small for the number of cars. There are cloths for cleaning the inside and outside of the car, I love this plus. And lastly, it is advisable to sign up for one of the monthly payment plans, especially if you wash your vehicle more than twice a month. Recommended.

I was in the 'El Car Wash' at Doral, doing some detail inside, and I came out to finish the other side, and accidentally I locked the car with the keys inside and my phone! On a hot Sunday afternoon!!! I couldn't believe what I just did... So, I went walking around looking for someone to help me, then I see this guy with the company's shirt, and I asked him if by any chance he would have something to help unlock my car... He went to bring a sophisticated kit with all necessary tools to open even an airplane, and in less than 2 minutes, he unlocked my car... I want to give a huge thanks to Sebastián, a Colombian guy, very professional, willing to handle the situation with care and skill. I am really greatful I found him and I appreciate his kindness and efficiency, a real lifesaver!... Thank you so much Sebastian!
