BEWARE! I had a membership to this location for several months. Unfortunately, while going through the wash one day, the cover to my sideview mirror came completely off. The next time I came by, an employee noticed and asked me how the damage occurred. I told him it happened there and he said I should have filed a claim, and to make sure I do so if I ever had any other incidents. Lo and behold, on July 24, my mirror came completely off! I filed a claim and it was denied, citing "prior damage." Yes-- damage incurred at this location! I'm very disappointed they refuse to accept any accountability. It was a very convenient car wash, but now I am driving around without a mirror, which is incredibly dangerous. I have to find money to repair my car on my own, and find a new car wash to patronize, hopefully one that will be much more gentle.

I rarely write reviews but this place seriously deserves the five stars. My car is so shiny, I can see the reflection. I want to give a special shout out to Matt, including his excellent customer service, he was incredibly kind and made my day brighter. If you visit, I would definitely ask for him. Will definitely be using their service again :)

Owner/Management — it’s time to check in on your business. The quality of service has been slipping noticeably. One day there are no towels available, the next day the towels are soaking wet and unusable. If you no longer want to offer towels, just be upfront with your customers — we’ll understand. What’s frustrating is seeing three employees in the office doing nothing while there are no towels outside for customers. That kind of disconnect sends the wrong message about your priorities. I hope you take the time to address these issues before more loyal customers start looking elsewhere. I am.

I went in needing a wash and instead I came out with this great deal of unlimited washes. The attendant was very knowledgeable and attentive in my car needs. She was very nice and helpful. Thank you, Wendy. Overall great customer service and friendly staff

I recently visited this car wash and was overall pleased with the service. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the process was quick without feeling rushed. My car came out looking noticeably cleaner especially the tires and windows, which were given good attention. The pricing felt fair for the quality, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable while I waited
