The attendant I talked to was nice and personable. This is a busy place with lots of cars and vacuum areas. It has a well oiled, assembly line set up. I Was very happy with the $12 car wash.

expertly managed this is a hidden gem in the silver lake/ Los feliz/ Atwater area. kudos to the orders vfor bringing such a quality carwash to the area. even if their prices have gone up exponentially higher through the years to offset the costs to run the business, they have still managed to make it affordable. I hope their base car wash does not go higher than $20.00(it's currently 12.00, hanging been raised from $8.00)

Good car wash for local people. I selected the $15 but my car cane out still dirty from the back. I asked the manager to redo it he was ok with that. Vaccum is good but they don’t have air blowers. I prefer 5express car wash they have better system.

This express car wash is an okay car wash. I feel like the staff is overworked because it's a busy location and they have to keep conversation to a minimum, even for new customers. The staff member that initially helped me wasn't rude, he just seemed a little rushed. The guy that was directing me into the car wash seemed tired, too. I've been to a few different express car washes in Los Angeles and this is the first time my side mirrors were moved a couple of times by the machines throughout the duration of the car wash! It seemed like the machines had been working overtime because there was a strong chemical smell and they shut off completely about 20 seconds before we exited! We thought we were going to be stuck there for a while because everything shut down, but a couple seconds later the machines went back on and we exited. There was no explanation about what happened. Honestly, I don't like the finish on my car. I think the materials were too strong or an excessive amount. The staff members said we got the option with a "three different wax finish" , but it's not a clean and shiny finish. The wash left scuff marks on my car and the finish is a little creamy. My car has a pretty nice paint job and is only a few years old, so I was disappointed that this car wash didn't have the best outcome of finish. I won't be going back.
