ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK – Today marked my second and final visit to LUV Car Wash, as this routine trip ended with a damaged mirror on the left side of my car. I’ve been through drive-through car washes many times in my life, but this was the only time I could tell there were issues with the system. A wiper on the left side caught onto my driver-side mirror, dislodging and damaging it. When I brought this issue up to the staff, the man who greeted me seemed very nonplussed and borderline annoyed that I was voicing concern. He advised me to go to a shop somewhere and said that LUV holds no accountability—or apparently even concern—for the damage their faulty system causes to customers’ cars. He then pointed to a sign with tiny text that no one reads, supposedly “highlighting” this policy. Seems like it happens pretty often here. I guess once they take your money, you’re just another car going through the wash. That said, I was genuinely surprised by this lackluster and lazy treatment, especially given that I was a member with them and potentially had more money to be milked down the road. Whatever. Obviously, I immediately canceled my membership after this interaction and made sure to post a review/warning for others looking for a simple car wash that doesn’t result in costly damages. I don’t know how much this episode will ultimately cost me, but I’ll be handwashing my car—or at least going to a safer, more attentive company—from now on.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at LUV Car Wash on Sunset Blvd. On May 17th, the automatic wash damaged my car — the roller struck my vehicle due to a traffic jam at the exit, leaving visible scratches and breaking my rear windshield wiper. The employee at the entrance didn’t follow basic safety protocol (taping down the wiper), and there was zero staff at the exit to manage the chaos. I reported the incident immediately and filed a damage claim on site. Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times by email and phone, even leaving a voicemail — no response whatsoever. I had to replace the wiper myself and paid for installation, all out of pocket. I also paid for a car wash that left my car worse than it arrived. The total lack of accountability or communication is unacceptable. I do not recommend this location — not just because of the damage, but because they clearly do not value their customers once they’ve taken your money.

Update!! My car was damage in tounel during washing time , tore off roof rack cross bars, so car have four scraches on back and roof. It was on Sartuday , July 19. I gave the report . A week has passed nobody reach me out. I tryde to reach the manager unsuccessfully. They have vacuuming, they have wet towels, but sometimes they don't have time to update clean towels.

Beware!! Enter at your own risk!! These people do not care about you or your vehicle or even offering a good product. Yesterday I entered the car wash and the guy told me to back up a couple of different times because it wasn’t aligned properly once I got out of the car wash. My tire was completely flat. It had popped. I pulled to the side and the employee that I got out and spoke to was very rude. said they don’t take any responsibility was non-apologetic completely annoyed with me for having a popped tire that was not my fault. I get back in my car talking to OnStar to try to get the car towed, the guy is pounding on my window trying to get me to fill out information regarding the incident. Would not stop knocking on the window as I’m trying to get my car towed away. Rude, rude rude. Then Noelle from the claims department got back to me almost immediately and denied the claim. Not giving any reasoning whatsoever. Trying to be so nice in saying that she totally understands my frustration, but they don’t take any responsibility. She said that they are trying to be helpful in guiding into the car wash and said that they are not in control of the vehicle therefore they don’t take responsibility whatsoever. I replied saying yes, you are in control of the vehicle because the vehicle is in neutral and you’re pushing it through and my tire popped. They would not even meet me halfway. Stay away from this place stay away from this place stay away from this place.I’m sure the owner will come on here and reply and try to be super nice but still they won’t do anything about this problem. It cost me $350 to get a new tire and they wouldn’t even refund the terrible car wash.
