Prime Car Wash

Unfortunately extremely subprime experience. Went in for an “elite wash” and left with a hole in my leather passenger seat. They did not make it right or offer to fix the issue, only to file an incident report which I may or may not hear back on within a week. I was met with a “how would we have put a hole into the seat” response, implying I went to the car wash attempting to con them into fixing my seat. Slanderous, here’s hoping they make it right and I can adjust my review. Dana was overall nice but not empowered to actually solve the problem for me. Really disappointing, I’d done the self service option a time or two, normally going elsewhere for a full service, and just decided to give it a try today. Also, the guy detailing my car forgot to vacuum the back seat and had to go back and do it. Not a big deal, it got done but was just a cherry on top of leather upholstery repair now being needed. Accidents happen, I get it. But make it right.

Went to Prime for the first time today. We paid for the elite service and from the get go it was a bit disappointing. The guy that was supposed to guide our car in- did not, had a poor attitude and had our tire scraped from mis-directing us into the drive path. And the whole interior clean seemed rushed and sloppy- leaving so many things untouched/cleaned, left spray marks on the windows, etc. Funny enough- they even left us a cleaning towel in the back seat.

I have a new-to-me Palisade and have been trying to keep it washed and vacuumed!! We are here often and always are very happy with the wash experience. Shane helped us today and was so friendly , he did a great job.
