I love coming here! The customer service is amazing. They always know exactly what to recommend for your car and take extra special care of it. If you’re not sure, just ask Caleb when he’s working. He’ll make sure your car is sparkling and clean! Update: 05/23/25 - I just had my car detailed using their highest membership level, and I am so impressed! My car looks and feels brand new inside and out. The level of detail and care they put into the service is top-tier—every surface was spotless, the carpets were perfectly cleaned, and even the smallest crevices were taken care of. The exterior is gleaming, and the shine on the paint is next-level. The tires and wheels look great, and I love how thorough they were with both the wash and the hand-dry. The inside smells fresh, the leather was conditioned beautifully, and every touch point—cupholders, dash, console—was wiped down and polished. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. It’s worth every penny when you see your car looking showroom-ready. I’m so glad I went with the top-tier membership—this will definitely be my go-to spot for keeping my car in amazing shape!

I’ve been to this car wash several times, hoping for a better experience each time, but there’s consistently been some kind of issue. Most recently, I found a random car part thrown onto my floorboard that none of the workers could identify or explain. I needed to call the dealership for help identifying the piece so that I could reinstall it under my seat. On top of that, there was a new stain on the back of my seat that I haven’t been able to remove, even after trying multiple upholstery cleaners. After giving this place several chances, I won’t be coming back and recommend others find somewhere else, too.

Black Chevy SilveradoGot a clay bar treatment and wheel bling, well that’s what I paid for anyway. Turns out all I got was a streaked to hell and back truck and the inside vacuumed. Didn’t even put a scent in the truck. Embarrassed to say what I paid for it. They know. Gave them a second chance, waited over a year to come back, nothings changed. Let that place close down, they’ve never been worth a damn and never will be. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I’ve been coming here for over a year, and as a Prime Elite member, I couldn’t be more satisfied. I bring my car in two to three times a week for a wash and have the interior cleaned once or twice weekly. The quality and consistency are unmatched. Sydney, Cheyenne, Jalen, Connor, Malik, the entire team are always professional, friendly, and attentive. Thanks to their hard work, my car has looked brand new since the day I bought it. I’m genuinely dreading my upcoming move—finding another car wash that compares to Prime will be nearly impossible. I highly recommend them—10 out of 10!
