Rising Tide Car Wash

I gave this place try! I bought the membership but i cannot do this anymore! I really hoped they do a good job. Lets start with the wash system the car goes thru. 1. The person at the front of the drive thru is supposed to wash down the front of the car manually (NEVER DONE) and on pick up trucks are supposed to wash down tailgate (NEVER DONE) 2. Never enough soap dispensed 3. The drive thru is NEVER 100% operational! Spinners and over head washers dont work. The overall wash sucks! If you dont get any add on services your car is as dirty as when you pull in. Just wet! Lets start now with the add on! They charge $15 to spray a disinfectant/deoderizer (this should be free with an interior cleaning) If you do get any services you better make sure with your own eyes that they did it. TODAY! I paid 27.50 over my monthly charges for added services. When they told me my car was ready, it was still a mess! I called the manager and he tended to the mess still all over my car. Then i asked him to show me the express wax they used on my car. He told me they didnt wax my car and did i pay for it? OFCOURE I DID! And i HAVE BEEN paying for this service to find out TODAY! They never applied wax and ive BEEN paying for it! TODAY IS THE LAST STRAW. I wanted to like this place because they help handicapped people.

So disappointed took my car for an interior and exterior…. I don’t expect much from an automated wash however the car was still really dirty after coming through. I was hoping it would get a wipe down in the interior cleaning bay however when I got the car back it was still dusty with water spots all over it. The driver side mat was placed back into my car completely soaked and dripping not sure why that happened as my passenger side and rears were dry. And lastly i ended up with a new scratch on my dash from the interior clean. I’d spend my money elsewhere next time….

Extremely disappointed. I thought I had finally found a reliable car wash, but clearly not. After using their service, I noticed fresh damage to my rim. I had previously seen some scratches and assumed I might have caused them elsewhere — I’m always very careful with my car — but now, right after leaving their wash, there are new and noticeable scratches. These rims are expensive, and it’s incredibly frustrating. Now I’m being told I have to wait 5–7 business days for them to review camera footage just to determine if they’re at fault. It’s honestly embarrassing and very upsetting. Beware! Follow-Up Update: After going through Rising Tide’s so-called damage claim process, I’ve lost all confidence in this business. What started as a hopeful resolution turned into a frustrating back-and-forth filled with dismissive responses, blurry images, and an outright refusal to provide clear, before-and-after footage of my car. I asked multiple times for solid evidence — something any reputable business should be willing (and able) to offer — but was met with vague statements and speculation about how the damage couldn’t have happened there. At this point, it feels like they either don’t have high-resolution cameras (despite relying on them to deny claims) or are deliberately avoiding transparency. Neither is acceptable. To top it all off, I discovered they have an F rating on the Better Business Bureau — not because of one complaint, but because they consistently fail to respond to customers. That alone should be a red flag to anyone considering this place. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the BBB, and I encourage others who’ve had similar experiences to do the same. Businesses like this need to be held accountable — not just for the damage they may cause, but for how they treat people afterward. Rising Tide failed me — and judging by their track record, I’m far from the only one.

I love Rising Tide Car Wash because of their incredible mission—they hire people on the autism spectrum, and that’s the main reason I choose to support them. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. I usually just get the exterior wash, and it’s consistently solid. Today I got a little extra treat—Alex helped me get my wheels shining like new!
