Mystic Detailing Hand Car Wash

Wish I could give it less than 1 star. I could not communicate with any staff . I showed them pictures of my flyer and they confirmed pricing multiple times . Not only did they argue with me but a different lady as well. They did not honor the pricing they confirmed after waiting over an hour and half. I arrived around 10 46 am and left after 12 pm . With NO car wash . Will never return . Staff also very unprofessional and flirtatious. I called the owner and was received with the same attitude the staff had. Being that I work at a hospital for 10 years and know how to handle costumer service . I am not shocked to see declining reviews and the company slowly declining . I recommend JJ’s car wash . THERE IS NEVER A WAIT and you can wait inside your vehicle while they do the outside .

Take picture of your car before you drop it off. They chipped paint off my car and then act like it wasnt their fault. I know every dent and scrath in my car and they act like such a big spot wont be noticed.

I had a terrible experience at Mystic Car Wash. The Jamaican owner was extremely disrespectful and clearly doesn’t care about his customers. I came expecting decent service, but the way I was spoken to and treated was completely unprofessional. It’s disappointing to see a business treat paying customers this way. I definitely won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful or quality service.

I wouldn’t call this a car wash. $15 car wash for exterior and interior just for mass consumption and extremely low quality. All they do is drive customers off with this they call full car wash, it’s absurd. Please don’t waste your time, money, or energy. If I have to tell someone to do their job correctly, it’s not worth the hassle of an affordable place to wash your car.

I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now !!! This place is amazing! They clean my car so well; have the best prices in town; and the guys and ladies really take their time cleaning. They’re very careful with things I leave in the car & I’ve never had any issues. They offer specials for the ladies on Tuesdays and Wednesdays $15 cars $20 SUVs inside and outside! There’s just no other car wash that’s better :)
