First time customer and totally impressed by Christian's customer rapport, menu of services available, and his team's execution of tasks assigned. I recently requested a much needed auto detail, ceramic coat application, and super cleaning inside/out of my 2025 Kia Carnival SX Prestige. I had made this appointment several days in advance and it was 8:00 am on Sunday when I drove up to get the work done. I had just driven 2000 miles up the East Coast the week prior and the front end was full of bug remains. From what I observed, they have a highly efficient process. After the interior vaccuuming, clay bar work, the diamond ceramic coating was applied to all visible painted areas, including door jams. At about noon or shortly thereafter, Miller, my assigned detailer, motioned for me to inspect his work. Upon inspecting the vehicle, I was speechless, especially seeing how clean and polished the everything looked. My vehicle actually looked even better than it did when I took delivery last summer. Miller has 11 plus years experience here at Palace Car Wash and the results were spectacular. Miller's friendly demeanor and extreme care he used eased any anxiety I had at that time. Thanks again Christian and your highly skilled team for a job well done. The price was very reasonable for the services provided.

car wash Palace is the best. Honestly, in Coral Springs it’s hard to find a good car wash and their monthly all you can wash deal is what I took because they always do a good job. Top of the line equipment. Immediate service. You never have to wait long. The inside outside is done perfectly all windows cleaned in and out and tire shine offered every time. I’ve been to a lot of bad car washes and I could tell you this one is great.

I recently visited this establishment for a car detailing service on Saturday and was disappointed with the quality of work. Despite paying over $67, the exterior and interior cleaning were subpar. The interior cleaning took only 10 minutes and left behind liquids drops, spots on the doors, seats, and common areas on the dashboard, doors, and cup holder. When I brought these issues to the attention of the staff, I was met with an inappropriate and unprofessional response. Due to the poor service and unacceptable behavior, I will not be returning to this business and will cease referring others. I suggest improvements in management or a complete overhaul to restore the quality of service.

Best car wash in town for hand washes and details. The employees are always friendly and take good care of me and my vehicles every time. I am very particular about who touches my car. I now have 6 cars on their monthly wash membership because they are so good and not to mention, efficient, so even when they are busy you are not waiting that long. It's also convenient because they are connected to a gas station and convenience store that has everything you might need while you wait. Highly recommend.
