I made the mistake of bringing my Tesla here, it was my fault because clearly the manual instructions says to avoid automatic car washing machines. My front windshield is scratched, there are a few chips. Before they were NOT there. And a scratch on my bumper. It was NOT there. Most likely something was in the machine. Additionally big parts of the car were still dirty. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place if you don’t want to encounter into a $$$ to fix your car. Especially if you have a Tesla.

Used to Be Great — Now Just Disappointing I used to love coming here. For $25, you got a decent car wash with foam, thorough rinsing, and access to microfiber towels to wipe off any remaining spots, clean the dashboard, and vacuum the interior. It felt like a full, satisfying service. Now, they’ve removed the towels — you can only buy them — but the price stayed the same. The foam doesn’t actually clean well, and stains on the car are still visible afterward. The staff member who wipes the car at the end barely does anything. The inside dust is left untouched, and nothing feels truly clean anymore. It’s frustrating to pay the same amount for less effort and worse results. Really disappointing to see the quality go down like this.

At first, I used to love this place because it does a good job on cleaning, but after taking it so many times, little by little, i kept getting scratched in my car. I didn't know if it was from the car wash or something else. My husband told me to take pictures before I washed it, and that's when I noticed that my car did get scratched after washing it. If you have a red car or black black, be very careful with this place because the scratches will be very noticeable. These machines do a great job of cleaning tough spots but do come with a negative side that it scratches your car. It's up to you if you want to take a risk of getting your car damage. I'm canceling my membership because it's not worth my money.

​I noticed several new scratches and dings on my car after getting it washed here. I believe this is caused by two parts of your process: ​First, before the car enters the automatic wash, an employee manually scrubs it with a large brush. I feel this step is unnecessary and unprofessional, as it can drag existing dust and dirt across the paint, causing scratches. If the previous car was particularly dirty, the brush could be contaminated with abrasive debris. Furthermore, some employees handle the brushes carelessly and hit the car with them. The hard edges of the brush can easily cause dings or dents. ​Second, after the wash, when I'm in the vacuuming area, an employee sometimes comes over to wipe down the car with a towel. While I appreciate the gesture, I'm concerned that these towels could be carrying abrasive particles from a previous vehicle, which can also cause scratches. This is a service I do not need. ​I am writing this review in the hope that you can improve these procedures to prevent damage to customers' vehicles. It is recommended to replace the manual use of brushes at the beginning with manual use of high-pressure water guns to clean stubborn stains.
