Arrived at Ferrara and was greeted right away by Eric (manager). I wanted my SUV detailed (paint looked dull and had some minor scratches) they recommended the VIP treatment (VIP clean gives you a deep interior cleaning that includes seat shampooing, and an exterior detail that includes machine buffing and a clay bar treatment). Now please be aware that the VIP treatment will take 3-4hrs, so be patient it will be worth your while. When I saw the finished product I was amazed. The vehicle looked amazing, inside and out. The exterior of the car was a mirror! The inside looked brand new and smelled great. They even cleaned the engine area. Now remember to clean out the car as best as possible so they can do their job. I want to thank both Eric and Christian for taking care of my 2020 X7, it looks amazing. You may want to call ahead and make sure of the timetable of the vehicle, they do get pretty busy.

Eric and his team did an outstanding job! After a very serious incident where someone splashed my car with roofing tar—which is sticky and extremely difficult to remove—I decided to bring my car to Ferrara to see what they could do. The result was wow! It’s like the incident never happened. They brought my toy back to life. Thank you, guys, you’re the best!
