Sud's Factory Car Wash

I came today to get my car cleaned. This was my first time here. I’ve rode past this establishment many of times. I needed a wash so I figured I’d try them out. Well. I will not be returning. First, I must say Nisha was very polite. I appreciate that. However, my car wash didn’t meet my expectations, yet I paid more than I pay other places. My car was still wet when I left so I needed to use my windshield wipers and my side mirrors had to dry as I drove down the Blvd. To make matters worse when I got out of my car I had scratches so deep and obvious I was sick. Bird poo was still on my car. I am disappointed.

I had a great experience at Suds Factory Car Wash! The place was clean, organized, and my car came out looking spotless. I especially want to thank Michelle — she was incredibly nice, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Suds Factory to friends and family!

My first experience here was great. I loved the design and cleanliness of this establishment and I will definitely be back. Free vacuuming and a great wash. It gets no better than that. My only issue was trying to exit out after vacuuming my car, beings though I had already went through the wash. You have to make a u-turn in the parking lot in order to exit.

This location is convenient and the employees are helpful, especially Crystal when I was recently there. The only pet peeve is when others who clearly don’t have a membership (they quickly back out without getting a wash) drive in to hog the use of the vacuum cleaners. The flow is supposed to be vacuum first, then pull forward to get your car washed, but that’s not always the case. It doesn’t stop me from returning but it limits my time there which is unfair. Hopefully the employees will be able to control the flow of the establishment.

Went and spent $25 on the top level wash. Got the "don't come back special" instead. My car is still filthy with obvious dirt streaks where the machines very obviously didn't clean... and I got a gnarly scratch on my rear bumper
