Ultimate Car Wash

Beyond disappointing. I chose the second best option on their menu which I didn’t realize didn’t include a cleaning of the mats… but the basic wash does? Make it make sense. The center console was completely disregarded. The front desk lady claimed they don’t vacuum it thoroughly they just spot vacuum???? What… lol maybe the menu should be more precise which would allow us to make better decisions when choosing our service. I would have chosen the delux package if I knew the center console and floors would not be vacuumed thoroughly. They made me pay 1$ per mat extra on top of the $28 I had paid. Ridiculous… they lady seemed unwilling to help With the problem or even come out to look at the car so I can show her how badly it was done. She sent me to the back to speak to the guy who looked at it and agreed it was poorly done. Never coming back here and I highly suggest you save your money.

I had a terrible experience at this car wash. I paid $30 for what was supposed to be a premium service, but my car was still dirty and streaky when they finished. I expected a thorough cleaning, especially considering the price, but it looked like they barely cleaned it at all. I mentioned my concerns to the staff, but they seemed indifferent and didn't offer any solution. I definitely won't be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality car wash.

Overall very pleased with the car detailing interior & exterior , it was my VERY first for my 10year old car. Though I’ve managed to keep it clean, this was long overdue. When I picked up the car, I was met with friendliness, though when I dropped it off it was the opposite. I wish they could have the option to leave tip on the car as I don’t normally carry cash on me! So that I could’ve left a tip for the good service & lastly, I wish the carpets could be completely dried instead of heat being blasted & the car windows only cracked a little this leaves the possibility of mold mildew, which my car up until now thankfully hasn’t had . When I picked it up carpets were still damp & heat being blasted in the car. Otherwise, attention to detail was really great!! As you can see in the pictures. Professional service otherwise!

My car wash was a no star wash but I give two stars to the woman who runs the desk because she tried to remedy the situation. I got the expensive car wash with all the bells and whistles and waited close to one hour to get my car finished with only 1 car in front of me. When I got it back the exterior was dripping dirty water and was not wiped off. The mats were supposed to be vacuumed and washed and they still had visible dirt on them and didn’t even look vacuumed. I had to go but I brought it back later to have it redone and they barely did a better job on the exterior and only washed the front mats, not the rear mats. This time it took an hour too and there was again only one customer in front of me. When I got it home, I opened the trunk and they didn’t even bother to vacuum let alone wash the back mats which they are supposed to. This used to be my favorite car wash and I won’t be returning now.

My experience here is always 10/10 and I’ve been coming here since I bought my car many years ago. Every single time they washed my car it’s excellent. They do not have a turnover of employees I see the same people now that were working there since the beginning, a hallmark sign that it’s a great company The lady at the register is always so courteous and helpful and of course the guys always make my car look new! Highly recommend 🙌🏻
