Gold Coast Car Wash

This was my first time trying Gold Coast car wash. It was on my way to where I needed to be so I thought I would try it out. I was expecting a really good experience as there were a lot of high-end vehicles getting washed and the person who greeted me was extremely friendly! But it was the most expensive hand car wash I’ve been to in the city at $42 for my Jeep Grand Cherokee (basic interior/exterior wash with tire dressing) the price would’ve been fine, but the wash was incomplete. There is still dust and debris on the seats, pools of armour all on the floor mats, and dried soap on my windshield and windows. Plus the tire dressing is not shiny at all. I’ve included some photos. I wouldn’t say don’t go there, but definitely do an inspection of your vehicle before you drive off, considering how much you’re paying.

Normally I have a great experience here getting full wash for inside and outside. However this last time there was little to no effort on inside. They washed floor mats and that’s about it. Seats caroet and dash untouched. Disappointing

For a drive through car wash in Chicago you can’t get much better. Not sure why so many bad reviews. I’ve gotten my car washed and detailed here many times. Always do good work. Service isn’t always top tier but idc as long as my car looks good

I recently visited Gold Coast Car Wash, and I was thoroughly impressed by how easy and efficient the whole process was! You simply pull in, tell them what service you want, and then wait comfortably in their clean waiting room while they take care of the rest. The staff is friendly, and the work they do is amazing. They even offer a $5 undercarriage wash, which will definitely come in handy during the winter months to protect your car from salt and grime. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free, quality car wash experience! Inside and Out with the wheels shined up for my car was $40 - Hand Car Wash. That’s pretty good.

Just left this car wash and they did a Horrible Job, truck still looked dirty , dusty , doesn’t look like any wax had been applied.. i could literally wipe the dust off with my finger . Inside wasn’t wiped down properly it was a rushed job on their part.
